D Tribe, perhaps known for their role in the House & Breaks movement in the nation's capital, Washington D.C., heads for the South. In an attempt to reinvigorate the dance and club scene in Richmond, they are teaming up with Hyperlink Cafe to create an amazing weekly event which incorporates the hottest sounds of House, Breaks, Hip-Hop, Reggae, as
