A dedicated member and force of Richmond and promoting happiness through House Music. Michael Pichette a.k.a. DjMikelPanda is a transplant from the Washington, DC area. Coming here to attend VCU as an Art Student in 1994....An original here working with the Groups, Insomnia, Trancefused, and Pure Love in the early Days through the Funkrew, Michael has maintained through the changes over the years and lived on while others have moved on or fallen off.

The name DjMikelPanda was adopted in Richmond as a Nickname during delivering for a local Chinese Restaurantand just stuck.
